Bring your awareness to your breath,

Breathe in through the mouth.

Visions,
Ideas that come to you on this journey.
That's your inner guidance speaking to you.

Hold an emptiness.
Connect with the deep essence of your soul.

The deep relaxation.
If you need to take a small sip of air in.
Throw it right back out,

The space between the in-breath and the out-breath.
It's said this space is where all the answers to all your questions can be found.
Override that urge to breathe and just relax.

You can take a small sip of air in.
And blow it right back out.
Relax a little bit more.

Life is just a series of inhales and exhales.
And when you hold your breath.
Press pause on life.
You allow your thought files,
Your brain to reassemble.
Clear out.
